Our team is dedicated to helping individuals who are struggling with intense anxiety, panic attacks, depression, grief, loss, or PTSD. We also specialize in marital therapy, offering support to couples who may be experiencing communication problems or facing challenges in their relationship.

Our team also includes three clinicians who are highly trained and experienced in working with adolescents ages 5 and up dealing with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, body image and self-esteem issues, trauma, ADHD, family or school problems, behavioral issues, and coping with various life challenges. 

Our approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and we strive to provide a safe, warm, and non-judgmental environment for our clients, whether they choose to see us in person or through telehealth.

We understand that seeking therapy can be a daunting and overwhelming process, which is why we are committed to making it as accessible and affordable as possible. We always accept new referrals and offer most new appointments within 1-3 weeks.

 We accept most insurances, including United Health/Optum/Oscar, Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, Baycare, Magellan & Humana and EAP referrals, and we also offer more affordable rates and multiple reduced-cost options for people with no insurance, very high deductibles, or insurances that we are not in-network with.
